We dispatch the physical products to the shipping address of the customer. Customers can mention their shipping address if it is different from the billing address. Once we ship, the address can not be changed.
Digital products will be sent to the registered email ID only. You can set your email ID during account creation or on the checkout page at your convenience.
We are free to choose any shipping service provider as per our convenience, and those have serviceable locations as per the shipping address’s Pincode. If any customer has a preference for a particular shipper, he/she may contact us at [email protected] for customizing the same. We check the possibility at our end and will inform you in a return email.
Product Delivery
Digital products will be sent during office hours within 30 minutes of order placement. The maximum TAT is 48 hours. Orders placed after office hours will be processed after the office resumes.
Physical products are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. We provide the tracking number of the shipment to the registered email ID after shipping.
Normally, the delivery of physical products is completed in 4 to 7 working days only. For North-East states and Union Territories of India, it might take 7 to 10 working days.
If the shipment gets returned due to the wrong address of the consignee or any other reason not under our direct control, the consignee needs to provide the correct address and pay for the courier/postal fee to resend the shipment. No refund or order cancellation is allowed in such a case. It is the responsibility of the consignee to collect the shipment from the local post office if any issue with the address is found or reported by the postal department.
Generally, our product price includes a one-time speed post fee. If the consignee wants shipping/courier preference, he/she shall pay for that separately after discussing the same with us. If it is possible, we will ship the product in a courier as per the consignee’s choice, and the courier charge must be paid by the consignee.
DTDC Xpress: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. This service covers most locations across India. However, delivery to certain remote or difficult-to-reach areas, including the North-Eastern states and Jammu & Kashmir, may take 1 to 2 additional working days. Customers are encouraged to track their shipment status using the DTDC tracking system available on the official DTDC website.
DTDC NxtDay: This service offers delivery within 48 working hours (2 working days) from the time of dispatch. If the DTDC NxtDay shipment is not delivered within the 48-hour working day window due to reasons attributable to DTDC, the delivery will be downgraded to DTDC Xpress. In such cases, customers will be eligible for a refund of the difference between DTDC NxtDay and DTDC Xpress shipping charges.
Refund for Delayed NxtDay Shipments: We understand that timely delivery is crucial, especially when a premium service like DTDC NxtDay is selected. If your shipment fails to meet the 48-hour working day. Check the delivery status using the tracking ID provided via email/SMS after dispatch. If the delivery took longer than 48 working hours, you can request a partial refund of the excess shipping fee. To initiate the refund process, email us at our support email ID only. Mention your Order ID, Tracking Number, and a brief note stating the actual delivery date and time.
Our team will verify the delivery status via DTDC’s tracking system. Once verified, the excess shipping charge (difference between NxtDay and Xpress) will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Refunds will only be provided if the delay was caused by DTDC and not due to any incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailability, natural calamities, political unrest, or other force majeure situations.
Working Days Clarification: “Working days” are defined as Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders shipped just before or during weekends or holidays may experience delays due to non-working days.
Responsibility: Once your parcel is handed over to DTDC, it is their responsibility to deliver the package within the promised timeline. However, we are here to assist you in case of any abnormal delays or issues.
If the customer opts for DTDC service but his/her pincode is not serviceable by DTDC, then we will choose an alternate available shipping option at our own discretion.
International Shipping
International shipments are generally booked via IndiaPost. It can be tracked by visiting the website https://www.indiapost.gov.in
If anyone wishes to opt for a different shipping provider like DHL / UPS / Aramax, email us your request before placing an order or on the date of order placement. So we will not process it through India Post. We will get the exact shipping cost and email you the same. After the final payment, the shipment will be given to the selected courier only.
We can not provide a delivery guarantee for any international shipment. Because international shipments pass through various government scrutiny, like customs clearance, etc. We will provide the booking slip or tracking number after booking. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track it and make customs clearance to get delivery of the product. No refund can be provided for non-delivery of international shipments for whatever reason.
